As well as services for the Construction Industry, Peters Associates provide a wide range of advice and help for the homeowner.

Much of our work includes alterations to houses for private clients, such as small extensions, creating openings through load bearing walls, or modifications to roof structures to create additional rooms.

We have particular experience in the refurbishment and conversion of existing buildings, and have carried out a number of mill conversions, from the initial structural survey through to final completion.

We are able to provide detailed reports on structural surveys, building failures, evaluation of structures for alternative uses and loading assessments. [Details]
